RETURN POLICY

Satisfaction Guarantee, Returns, and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your PestAway purchase. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return the unused portion of your order within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund, subject to the terms below.

By placing an order, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.


1. Return Window & Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of Placing your order to request a return.

You must return any unused portion of your order. Completely used or empty products are not eligible for a refund.

The remaining product must be in reasonably good condition and not deliberately damaged or contaminated.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (your order number is sufficient).

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned product is completely used, damaged due to misuse, or missing components not due to our error.


2. How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

To initiate a return:

Email us at pestawayusa@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Include your full name, order number, and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send you:

A return shipping label, and

Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important:

Items sent back without first requesting a return and receiving an RMA will not be accepted or refunded.

Packages marked “Return to Sender” without an RMA cannot be processed.


3. Return Shipping & Fees

When your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

The cost of this return label will be deducted from your refund amount.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occur while the return shipment is in the carrier’s possession.

Original shipping charges (if any), customs, or import fees are non-refundable.


4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Contact us right away at pestawayusa@gmail.com if:

The item is defective or damaged, or

You received the wrong item.

We may request photos or video of the issue to verify the problem and determine the appropriate solution.


5. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Orders where the product has been completely used or emptied

Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or neglect

Sale items, discounted/clearance items, or gift cards

Products returned after the 30-day window (except where required by law)

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

You must still return the unused portion of your order in the same condition that you received it and provide proof of purchase. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility unless otherwise required by local law.


7. Refunds

After our warehouse receives and inspects your return:

We will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven’t received it, contact us at pestawayusa@gmail.com.
