Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

PestAway ships to addresses in the United States and to select countries worldwide. Available shipping options and delivery times may vary by location and carrier.


Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are batched and processed once per week, packed, and handed over to the carrier.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the following business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking (when available).


Estimated Delivery Time

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Orders are batched and processed once per week.

After your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, packages typically leave our supplier within 1–3 business days and are delivered within 7–14 business days.

All delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on your location, carrier performance, and seasonal demand (and, for international orders, customs processing).


Shipping Address & Contact Information

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address and valid contact information at checkout.

PestAway is not responsible for late, missing, or misdelivered shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact Customer Support immediately. If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders move into processing quickly.

We cannot guarantee that we can modify or cancel an order once it is placed.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is accepted by the carrier, it is in their control.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t have the package:

Check with household members and neighbors.

Look around alternate drop-off spots (side door, porch, mailbox, etc.).

Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If you still cannot locate your package, reach out to us so we can review options with you. PestAway is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery scan.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside your country’s domestic region, customs duties, VAT, and other import taxes may be charged by local authorities.

These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.

You are solely responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or fees required by your country.


Peak Season & High Demand

During peak pest seasons and major promotions, processing and transit times may move toward the higher end of our estimates due to increased order volume and carrier congestion.
